Are you an administrative assistant looking for a new job? Our customer, a mid-sized business located in St. Louis Park, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the office functions and payroll processes.

What you'll be doing: You'll be in charge of various administrative projects, payroll data entry, ordering supplies for the office, and various projects. That might mean scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, complete and reconcile expenses, manage sensitive and confidential information, and managing a complex filing system. You'll be using office equipment such as a multi-line phone system, video conferencing equipment, photocopiers, fax machines and scanners. It's a fast paced environment with a family like culture where they truly believe in training and developing all employees. - Coordinate and communicate schedule changes and updates
-Processes payroll bi-weekly; primarily data entry and pulling reports (previous payroll experience not required)
- Data entry of information into client management database
- Coordination and distribution of appropriate marketing materials as needed
- Schedule meetings, luncheons and dinners as requested
- Provide back up to other assistants as a part of a team
-Greet customers and direct calls to the right internal employees
- Receive and screen telephone calls and sort and distribute mail
- Manages sensitive and confidential information
- Anticipate the work load of the executives and follow up by monitoring incoming correspondence, preparing data, presentations

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

--2 or more years of administrative experience
--References from past supervisors
--High School Diploma required
--Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
--Microsoft Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Salary: $37,500-45,000/annually
