If you're looking for a new idea for an in-service, how about an abbreviated CPR or First Aid class? These classes can be scheduled as a workplace "lunch and learn" session, a conference break-out session, or whatever you'd like. And they can be held practically wherever you'd like in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-St. Paul) area.

One option is a CPR and/or First Aid lecture and demonstration that can be customized to meet your needs and time constrictions. You'll find information about this option here:

Another option is a Hands-Only CPR class. This is CPR performed without breaths. It is also known as Compression-Only CPR and Continuous-Compression CPR. You'll find info about this option here:

All of our in-services cover the basics of how to recognize a medical emergency and what to do until help arrives. Although most of the curriculum will be based on information taught in CPR-Twin Cities, American Red Cross and American Heart Association classes, they are abbreviated classes (therefore there is no certification).

Setting up a class is simple. Call us anytime at (651) 699-3333 and we'll see what dates and times work for everyone involved. For more information, visit our website at

CPR-Twin Cities is an exceptional provider of training and certification classes. Classes are taught by John Fineberg, an EMT with over 30 years of experience teaching these life-saving skills.
