Business Development Representative

As the Business Development Representative, you will work directly with the Executive Vice President of Sales, the Executive Vice President of Marketing, and the outside sales team on generating new business opportunities. You will act as the project manager in concert with outside sales to develop all new sales opportunities through pipeline growth and territory management. This position requires strong project management and people skills, the ability to work independently while serving the needs of the team, excellent writing and communication skills and a strong desire and motivation to exceed sales goals and continue to build on the success LogicStream has already experienced.
This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota so if you are not located in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area, please do not apply.
Responsibilities
Research and develop prospect profiles for executives and decision:makers within health systems
Work in concert with outside sales to grow the sales pipeline
Manage prospect lists and communication schedules by persona, opportunity and other criteria
Develop relationships with prospects through email and phone contact
Establish LogicStream as an expert is solving complex health system problems in an effort to schedule meetings with top prospects
Develop an understanding of the influence and authority network within specific health systems
Build pipeline by confirming meeting and demo opportunities for outside sales. Highlight the benefits and differentiators of the LogicStream Health solution to the healthcare market through conference attendance and social media outreach
Keep abreast of all the changes and opportunities of the evolving healthcare space as it relates to LogicStreams market
Requirements
Experience: 1:3 years
Four year college degree
Understanding of
healthcare/hospital market
Advanced knowledge of the following:
o Excel
o Outlook
o Word
o PowerPoint
o MS Project
Ability to learn quickly and independently
A genuine curiosity and desire to understand complex problems
